| Grrrrrr Irresponsible pet ownership, when are people going to learn. Then they wonder why so many Pet legislatures are put into place, the intention is to police people like this....but, it doesn't make any impact.

| And that's where the original problem lays.

More and more breeder exhibitors I know are keeping their pups longer and spay nuetering before they let them go. So, another cost handed down to those that want a pup

I am curious though - why would a breeder go to the trouble of selling on limited registration and then not follow up with the new owner?

| That male should have been neutered a long time ago. No wonder alot of breeders are just spay or neutering there pups before they leave.

| It is irresponsible when you purchase a dog on a limited registration and do not spay/nueter the dog.

| So, there's much more to placing on limited registration than just marking that little box. It's up to the breeder to do follow up work, keep in contact with their families.....know who they're placing dogs with....a mutual trust. My families always call me on the day of the spay/nueter to inform that all is well. That's not in my contract but because there is ongoing communication, it's just something they do.
