| It's been about 12 or 13 days now since her heat started the last time i sent him over to my sisters but they fretted that much for each other i had to bring him back she's a very sturdy girl and very very smart i do hope all goes well thankyou so much for replying i do appreciate it you can never get too much advice from someone who is knowledgable about these things and please dont think bad of me for this accident everyone can make mistakes, i would'nt even sell the pups i would give them away (as long as they went to a great home and are well looked after) and i would keep good track of their progress with whom they go to live xx |

Im sure your little one will be ok. it is her second heat even thou she is a little young. sounds like you have a good vet thats open 24/7 just make sure they do xrays when the time comes it will better help you know if she will be needing a c-section. breeding any dog is a risk noone ever knows when some thing might go wrong. just keep reading up on all that you can. and when the time comes make sure you are with her when she goes in labor incase she needs to go to a vet. I wouldnt get her spayed, and I wouldnt give the pups away for free. you will need the money off the pups to help with their shots and vet care for them and for the mommy. good luck and keep us updated. here is a great site with lots of info on it all. Canine Reproduction Video and Book on Breeding and Whelping dogs by Debbie Jensen for dog breeders and Whelping Supplies needed to deliver puppies. | |
