| The reason I answered this post is not because I personally know these breeders or it is some sort of conspiracy. My husband and I did a lot of research and visited several breeders before we chose Kingcreek. I felt I needed to post because I feel some of you are accusing us of buying from a disreputable breeder. I did all of my homework, went to visit, spoke to people who had dealings with them. Another thing I really liked was the fact that they no longer dock their puppies tails which I feel is a cruel and barbaric thing to do to an animal and hopefully it will be outlawed very soon. We have a beautiful puppy who we are so pleased with. She is very healthy and yes we had blood work done last week and everything looks great. She has been a wonderful addition to our family no matter where we got her from. |

| There appears to be two threads on Kingcreedk. On the other there are several posters that have posted their personal encounters with this Kennel. What they have posted speaks not so favorably, much the contrary. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/bre...s-warning.html

| Warnings on their website. They breed Imperial and Teacup shih Tzu's. An imperial Shih Tzu is the same idea as a teacup yorkie. Multiple breeds including 'designer dogs'. Did you know that here in Canada if you are a member of the Canadian Kennel Club you CANNOT breed mixed breeds? If you are looking for a good yorkie breeder or any purebred, find out if they are a member in good standing with the CKC. And if they have paid their membership fees. I pay my fees every year. I pay half the registration fees etc that a non member pays. As a paying member of the CKC, I am bound by their Code of Ethics and there are things I am not allowed to do. Some things I must do is 1 provide a contract with each and every puppy or dog I sell. 2. Registration must be transferred to the new owner at my expense within six months after the date of sale. 3. I am not allowed to breed or sell mixed breeds. 4. All dogs or puppies are required to be either tattoo identified or microchipped. It is not required but we do also have a Yorkshire Terrier breed club here in Canada, of which I am a member. We are not allowed to breed or sell crosses or unregistered. Anyone caught going against the CKC rules that is a member, can be fined and their membership terminated. WE are a bit different from the AKC that does not have these requirements. |

| You are welcome. I should have also mentioned the annual membership fee I pay is about $55 for the year, not much really and if I want to keep my membership I must abide by the code of Ethics which I would anyway. |
