Hey if you are buying to breed and show then for sure, but for a loving kind, healthy pet I see no need.
Common sense proper health checks etc is what needs to be in place.
Don't breeders cross breed to find perfect appearances and what do they do with the failure result dogs? |
If you are breeding, you should only breed to produce great specimens of the breed; whether pet or show.....
