small yorkie female

Hello - I am new to this website. I joined because my little yorkie "BJ" died last month. I had him for 17 years and I miss him so much!

I love yorkies so much, that I have decided I really need another one. This time, I want a female. I don't have very much money, but I have a big heart and a lot of love to give. Can anyone help me?

Salmon oil

I bought my yorkie a bottle of wild Alaskan Salmon Oil for dogs from Pet Smart its Natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids for skin health, is this good for me to put in her food?

yorkie teeth problems

I am so depressed! I took my two Yorkies (Nonie & Paris) to the vet today for a dental scraping to hopefully avoid a cleaning with the dreaded annesthesia. She said I was doing a great job with cleaning their teeth but to no avail because alot of their teeth were loose. According to her Yorkies are very prone to this problem. I asked her about their possibly having a calcium deficiency and giving them calcium rich foods. She said the quality dog food I am using has all the proper nutrients....

Separation Anxiety advice requested, please help!

I have two yorkies that are both almost a year old, they are from different litters but have become very close over the past few months. My fiance and I broke up and I can no longer handle two dogs.

I have found a family to take the pup that is a few months older, he is a male; I know he'll be fine because the family already has two other dogs. What I'm worried about is the younger one who is a female, I will be keeping her. I'm just scared she will not know how to handle to separation....

Missy's my first dog ever. I admit, I'm way over protective, but I can't help it. She's such a little thing!
She's getting spayed today and I'm just waiting to hear that everything went ok. I'm a nervous wreck...
