Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can house break my 4 month old Yorkie? I have a little girl [Bella] and she is adorable, spunky, and very active. My husband and I are having the most difficult time getting her to use the bathroom outside. We take her out and then she will come back inside and do her business. We are also having a hard time putting her harness on before we take her out. She thinks it is some type of toy. She continues to chew, pull and tug on it, therefore...
