Its been two amazing weeks since the moSt preCious angel "Lexi" came into my life! I have fallen deeply inlove with her and treats her like the princess she is. She's 8 weeks old now.
I'm worried (even more because she's my first)...I found a swollen gland in her neck and I'm thinking it might be ear infection, but friends keep on telling me it's nothing and probably just her shots that left the bump from two weeks ago.
It feels like a smallish, round ball just beneath the skin and only on the one side. She doesn't react when I touch her ears, but I have seen her scratch once or twice.
Can you please advise me. Have you had the same experience? In South Africa it's hard to get good advise on pets as vets are VERY expensive.
She has to go for her next shot next week and then I'll have her ears checked, but I'm scared to postpone it?
