| ![]() I think you need to start them young. Ben and Sadie would just pull each other's bow out, so I stopped trying. Now, with just Ben, I tried and he just shook and rubbed til he got it off. He seems determined not to have a bow. ![]()

| ![]() Zoe will NOT wear bows or clothes. The boys will sometimes tolerate clothing but absolutely nothing in their hair! Its a matter of being consistent from the get go.

| ![]() I try to keep something in Stewart's topknot daily. Sometimes it's only for a couple of hours. He no longer rubs and pulls I think consistency is the key!

| ![]() Genghis doesn't complain when I put a top knot in his hair, he does protest when I go crazy and put a bunch of top knots all the way down his back! But it's sooooo cute. Next time I do it I'll take pictures and post! |

| ![]() I guess you can start at any age as long as there's enough hair to put in a top knot. The earlier the better I think, so they'll get used to it. I couldn't wait to put stuff in Mimi's hair when she was a pup, so I used tiny snappy barrettes cuz her hair wasn't long enough. Puppies have a tendency to chew stuff & eat it, so make sure it's secure. ![]()
