| It could be a host of different things or it could be nothing. It is in her best interest if you take her to the Vet to have her checked out. Good Luck hopefully it is nothing |

| Yes, she could have an LP (luxating patella) problem. That is one symptom of LP. I would have your vet check her out..... I also suggest an orthopedic vet if she requires surgery. You can do some searching here on YT about LP. My little girl Shelby had surgery 1 year ago...... on both back legs. It was a success. I think having a "specialist" made a lot of difference. Very thorough and lots of experience with surgery on patellas. Keep us posted...... and good luck to you!

| I was concerned about my baby boy shaking only his left leg sometimes, so I asked my vet when he got neutered. She said he'll do what you're describing if it was patella. Don't take my word for it though, here's a link about luxated patella, & take her to the vet as soon as you can: How to Treat a Luxated Patella in a Dog | eHow.com It sounds like your gut instints are talking to you...hopefully your baby girl will be alright. | It could be Legg-Perthes Disease. This is a hip problem. My Piper would hop, or be 3 legged than walk perfectly fine. I couldn't figure out what was going on. Brought her to the vets, had x-rays and found out it was her hip. She had to have surgery and still is in the process of recovering.
