Yes, she could have an LP (luxating patella) problem. That is one symptom of LP. I would have your vet check her out..... I also suggest an orthopedic vet if she requires surgery. You can do some searching here on YT about LP.
My little girl Shelby had surgery 1 year ago...... on both back legs. It was a success. I think having a "specialist" made a lot of difference. Very thorough and lots of experience with surgery on patellas.
