| Is there a different vet you can go to? The office you go to doesn't sound organized and some of the people seem to not know much about anything...they are there for the paycheck and want to go home. When I worked at a vet office I learned all I could about everything. I asked to have looks at the fecals etc. Eventually I started helping in the exam rooms etc...and even though I was a KENNEL ASSISTANT I knew just as much if not more than some of the TECHS. The techs you are describing don't sound professional or organized. Or maybe i'm hormonal today. |

| Don't be so defensive. I stand by what I said; if it had been the techs that couldn't understand a question/relay a question then yes I would change who my pets saw. A receptionist is definitely different than a tech and i'm glad you love the office. |

I doubt that the smell is in your clothes. It's probably just stuck in your nose. Working in a vet clinic, we have more than our fair share of yucky smells and sometimes I can still smell things from that day even after I go home and shower and change clothes. I've heard of putting a little Vicks under your nose to kill smells but I've never tried it. | |

| The poo smell does tend to stick in your nose. I always worry if I have to stop somewhere after work if its just in my nose or if I really smell as bad as I think I do. The info I found on Marquis was on Google and we all know you can't believe everything you read on the internet. We don't carry it where I work so I'm not familiar wigh it. I would ask your vet if you need something else for tapeworms to be sure. |
