Is there a different vet you can go to? The office you go to doesn't sound organized and some of the people seem to not know much about anything...they are there for the paycheck and want to go home.
When I worked at a vet office I learned all I could about everything. I asked to have looks at the fecals etc. Eventually I started helping in the exam rooms etc...and even though I was a KENNEL ASSISTANT I knew just as much if not more than some of the TECHS.
The techs you are describing don't sound professional or organized. Or maybe i'm hormonal today. |
