YT Addict | My kitty died :( I rescued two cats within the past 3 years. My first cat i loved him so much and only got to have a year of his young life until god took him away. He had a undetected heart problem and out of nowhere he got a blood clot in his heart that killed him immediately at only a year old. i was so devastated after he died i rescued another cat a few weeks later. I fell in love with this cat too. So when i found out he had a heart murmur i did everything i could to keep him healthy. He had to take medicine every day but he seemed to be doing good and once again out of nowhere he got a blood clot in his leg he didn't die immediately but he was in so much pain i took him to the vet but the blood clot moved and it ended up killing him too. I cant believe i have such bad luck. two young cats i lost in the same amount of time over the same thing. i know its good to adopt a animal but after all this heart break i don't think i can do it anymore. the two animals i saved died so soon on me. adopting a animal you don't know its parents what the health will be like. i just cant do it anymore. i miss them so much. Donating YT 7000 Club Member | oh I am SO sorry. I recently rescued a cat...I know how they just work their way into your heart. Thank you so much for rescuing these guys and giving them the lives they deserved...I'm so sorry that you were only able to be with them such a short time. I will have you in my thoughts and prayers.

| Oh this is not your bad luck, no no no. This was there good luck. Most people would never have taken them in. You were put in the rite place at the rite time for your kitties. Everything happens for a reason, and YOU were there reason to live . Everything deserves to live and without you they may not have ever known love and warmth. You were there ANGEL . |

| I will say it a million times. There is a special place in heaven for people like you! So sorry for your losses. Having grown up on a farm and loving animals so, I can't tell you how often I got my heart broke. The thing is, my love for animals and my time with them far outweighs the heart ache of losing them. So, I do it time and time again. Hugs, it will get easier and you will find yourself filling that void again. |

| So sorry to hear of the loss of your sweet kitty... don't give up, though. Many longhaired cats can have problems, esp. those from Persian bloodlines. There are tests that can be done to determine any genetic problems. You may have better luck with a DSH, but any cat that you don't know their background can be at a higher risk. I adopted a Himy and pray that he's okay on a daily basis. I should take my own advice and have him worked up by the vet. She didn't find anything evident at his first two visits. He's a beauty. Your kitty was very beautiful too.
