| This lifestyle is the easiest transition I have ever made in my life. I have so much energy I can't sit still and I feel wonderful. I am down 22.9 lbs so far and do not miss the old bad food habits at all and 23 lbs away from my goal

| I didn't try any specific kind of diet for weight loss but I focused on healthy balanced food and avoided all kinds of unhealthy processed and junk food. Exercise especially both cardio and weight training exercise is essential. Fat burning foods like green tea, avocado, lemon, blue berries, cinnamon etc are also very effective and helpful if you want to lose stomach fat fast . Sleeping for about 8 hours in the night, staying away from depression and anxiety is also very helpful. |

I am doing this program too. I'm now down 19.8 lb and 20.5 inches! I am now thinking about ordering the 21 day fix extreme program. It's been an easy program if you don't mind a little exercise every day.

| Sending strength to everyone who is dieting and trying to change their lives right now! It's super hard to fix your entire live's worth of eating habits. I'm on day 16 of the whole30 and it is not easy. I've really had to take control of my sugar cravings and it has taken a toll on me to not have sugar and carbs. I have no energy. The whole30 is pretty restrictive and I will have to slowly reintroduce dairy and (gluten free) grains. Maybe after this I will try the 21 day fix.

| Way to go! I want to try this diet, but first I had to kick a different bad habit. Diet Coke. I'm happy to say, as of tomorrow morning, I am 3 weeks diet coke free! Yay me. So do you all just drink water? I feel I just have to have something to keep me going so I've been drinking tea. It taste awful and I miss the fizz of carbonated beverages. So, I'm just curious, what y'all are drinking while on this diet.

Ok, Thanks ladies. I think I can make that work. The diet itself I know I can do. I love the kind of food it calls for and I can do without the junk just fine. It seriously was the diet coke that I needed to dump first so I am basically over the first initial hump so to speak. I do worry about fatigue as I struggle with mid morning and mid afternoon drowsiness. I'm learning to like the tea. Just wish it fizz'd. LOL....

| I haven't updated my progress in a while. I am still doing the program somewhat. I just basically log all my intake and I am still only eating whole foods and drinking water and no bread or junk food. I am down 41lbs and 27" total since April 1. I also started the Shaun T Focus T25 exercise program and I am on week 4. I am in better shape than I have been in a long time. I don't see myself ever going back to eating unhealthy foods. I was also on Prilosec for 20 years for acid reflux. I haven't had to take any meds for it in over 2 months!!
