21 Day Fix Anyone tried it? I just completed my first round and boy does this work. I lost 11 lbs and 11 1/2 inches. I am going on for another round. It is basically portion control and healthy eating plus exercise. Thanks Rhonda aka BabygirlRosie and Lisa aka Sugarmamma for helping me get started. |
How do I see what this is about....I can handle ther portion control, the healthy eating, my waterloo is that DEMON EXERCISE!!! |

It was hard the first 3 days because I love carbs and junk food. What do the containers measure out to for each one? If you dont order the containers, you have to know how much each container is.....my brother comes home for my birthday the last week of April, so I will get this lined up and ready to go May 4th, after he leaves on Sunday! I could live on fruit and about 80% of those veggies listed....bread, 2% milk, and potatoes are my addiction.......But I have dieted my entire life so I will suck it up, get over it, and get started May 4th! |

This plan is working for me too! 8.4 lb and 10" in 21 days! It's not been that bad either. I am doing the workouts. They are only 30 min a day. But man do you sweat! Lol. I have a doctor making me accountable. And Michelle, Lisa, and I are helping each other as well. Getting a buddy really helps! Just a warning...you eat a lot of food! |

I don't know about the shake part. Have you tried the vegan shakeology chocolate and if so, is it any good? |
Do you have to do the shake? Wouldn't that be part of your protein? |
