| Cauliflower crust "pizza" have you tried it? The Secret To Perfect Cauliflower Pizza Crust Detoxinista This recipe got me really interested. Seems like a lot of other recipes the crust ends up too thin, or cracker like and breaks easily. This one says you can pick it up and it won't crack or bend over all floppy. I read another recipe that adds chia seeds in the crust too for a cornmeal like crunch. I'm gonna have to try this! Just so happen to have a head of cauliflower and some left overs from yesterday begging to be made into a pizza!

| Yep, it's awesome! My sister has allergies to wheat and soy so her crusts are always cauliflower. She has introduced this to all of our friends and no one has turned it down yet! |

I baked at 400 till the top got a bit brown, then added my toppings. I prob went overboard with the toppings, maybe also why it got floppy.

| Too many toppings seems to make the crust floppy. I always pre-cook my crusts really well, it seems to help! |

| I've been reading more on this, and make sure you get between 2-3 cups of cauliflower "crumbs" so you don't have too much egg in it. Or use a smaller egg. I used an xl egg with barely 2 cups of crumbs and it was too floppy. Also putting in some mozzarella and chia seeds helps. I will try again prob next week.

| I may have to try this. I too don't like the gluten free crusts (would rather eat the pizza box) and have yet to find anything we (I) like. We tried the portabella mushrooms mini pizzas and liked them. I'm a picky eater, but this sounds worth a try.

| Thank you!!!! We've been low carbing since July 2012. I have tried a few "crusts" but it didn't turn out good. I'm going to try this today. What do you use to make the rice? The few times I've made it, I have put the cauliflower in a blender. It took forever.
