I made it last night, but I don't have a pizza stone, so while the taste was good, it was too floppy to pick up. Any tips? I added in chia seeds. I think my egg may have been too big. I had barely 2 cups of cauliflower crust and used one xl egg.

I baked at 400 till the top got a bit brown, then added my toppings. I prob went overboard with the toppings, maybe also why it got floppy.
