| Carpet Cleaning - Now what? The apt we moved into had a pretty stained carpet. There are a lot of little spots (some red, some dark) left behind after the shampooing the complex did. You can also tell that the people here before us had a little male dog! Anyway, I finally decided to take action and picked up some Resolve High Traffic cleaner. This stuff works wonderfully on the stains!!!! Now my problem is all the lighter areas where I've cleaned. You can see the true (and lighter) color of the carpet. Now how do I remedy this situation??? |

| Could you steam clean the whole carpet?

| I thought about that. Just not sure if it would work. Of course the only other solution I can come up with is to scrub the entire carpet. NO WAY. |

| Is there a A&P store in your area. If so, rent one of the Rug Doctor's steam clean machines. I swear to you, never has there been a better rug cleaner than the Rug Doctor steam shampoo that goes into their machine. I keep it handy for myself and pour it into hot water and clean my carpet's whenever I feel the need to. Buddy does not soil them anymore it's more like me spilling something or just whatever. I swear by this stuff. |
