Anyway, I finally decided to take action and picked up some Resolve High Traffic cleaner. This stuff works wonderfully on the stains!!!! Now my problem is all the lighter areas where I've cleaned. You can see the true (and lighter) color of the carpet. Now how do I remedy this situation??? |
If this is an apartment you just moved into, first of all make sure you note it on your move in list. You do not want to be responsible for it when you move out! Also, let the management know that they did not do a sufficient job cleaning it out and that you want them to take care of it.
Remember, management is responsible for it if they gave it to you that way, not you!
