Oh, I know. I've been renting for over 10 years now. I moved in a few months ago and noted all of the stains and problems. I've VERY detailed about that stuff. I just don't want to live with the marks. It's clean just stained so I'm going to fix that for my personal tastes. It's not really gross or anything; I'm just a clean freak.
