BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | Losing weight under... Hypnosis? Anyone ever lost weight this way? We all have probably been on a diet, and we all know it's will power. I will be the first to admit that I can't do it! As much as I want to lose the weight, my will power sucks! I love sweets, and I don't know what to do about it! I have thought about trying the hypnotic thing to see if it does work. any advise? |

I have! I have a friend who is certified in hypnosis and she wanted to practice on me, so I chose weight loss. I don't know if it was the hypnosis or not, but in the 8 months that followed I lost 30lbs! I kept it off for over 3 years and then I put 14lbs back on in the last year and Ive lost 8 in the last 4 months. Im a slow loser cuz I like to eat! haha but she gave me a hypnosis CD the other day for weight loss cuz I want to lose the other 6lbs to get back down to where I was! She has other 'clients' who were successful in this method also!

| I wonder if it would work for someone who doesn't have a problem with food, but has a problem with exercise. I can handle cutting back on the food (most of the time), my problem is not getting off my butt and working out!

| Oh and the sweets thing... that is my downfall too! I LOVE junkfood with tons of sugar. I learned to stock my house with junk food that was a bit healthier. Like no sugar added ice cream and nutrition bars instead of candy bars in chocolate flavors. GoLean makes a 'roll' bar that is sooooo good! I eat those instead of candybars, they are low in sugar and healthy for you and they do help you fill you up a bit too so its not empty calories. I also choose to not keep cake mixes, brownie mixes, cookies or cookie mixes in my house ever. However if I am in the mood for something like that, I will go out and buy it at that moment. Most of the time Im too lazy to go out and get the stuff so I don't end up making anything, which is a good thing. I also stock weight watchers fudgicles and things like that when I have a chocolate craving or ice cream craving too. You can still eat sweets and lose weight, you just need to pick and chose the ones that are a bit healthier, thats all.

| I never used in for weight loss, but I did use it to quit smoking. I quit for three years, but now I'm smoking again.
