  ya know.. a good start to losing weight is to be aware of everything you eat.   It makes you cut back on things when you are not eating mindlessly.  Whether you write it down or keep a tally in your head.  If you make yourself realize when and what you are eating then you tend to naturally just cut back!  

  good for you!  Temptation is always around!  Sounds like you did good though!!
