| Stiff neck What do you guys use for stiff necks? I woke up with one and it hasn't went away yet. I put some aspercreme (sp) on it and it helped some but I can still feel it. Thanks!

I just took some ibuprofen (sp). Hopefully that helps. I have this foam pillow I sleep with but I was so tired when I went to bed I didn't reach for it and I think hubby had it. He likes to sleep with tons of pillows and two usually is plenty for me, I think I must of had more last night. I won't do that again.

| put some tennis balls or golf balls in a sock (tennis might be better) and tie a knot in one end. if you use your husband's sock, make sure it's clean so you don't pass out before relaxing hehe then roll them around on the sore area. drink plenty of water. |

| Sorry, both times I forgot to add my 2 cents: A hot shower will help relieve the tension in your neck muscles. The hot shower gently massages your neck muscles while providing deep heat.
