I just took some ibuprofen (sp). Hopefully that helps. I have this foam pillow I sleep with but I was so tired when I went to bed I didn't reach for it and I think hubby had it. He likes to sleep with tons of pillows and two usually is plenty for me, I think I must of had more last night. I won't do that again.
