Stiff neck What do you guys use for stiff necks? I woke up with one and it hasn't went away yet. I put some aspercreme (sp) on it and it helped some but I can still feel it. Thanks! |
funny you write this because i've been having horrible sleeps lately and waking up with a stiff neck... i put a heating pack on and take asprin... i even have a special water pillow because i've always had neck problems when i sleep and now i jsut get in these rutts... but the advil seems to work! |

I just took some ibuprofen (sp). Hopefully that helps. I have this foam pillow I sleep with but I was so tired when I went to bed I didn't reach for it and I think hubby had it. He likes to sleep with tons of pillows and two usually is plenty for me, I think I must of had more last night. I won't do that again. :) |
put some tennis balls or golf balls in a sock (tennis might be better) and tie a knot in one end. if you use your husband's sock, make sure it's clean so you don't pass out before relaxing :) hehe then roll them around on the sore area. drink plenty of water. |

It was cute! ;) :) ;) |
Sorry, both times I forgot to add my 2 cents: A hot shower will help relieve the tension in your neck muscles. The hot shower gently massages your neck muscles while providing deep heat. |
