| I need your help and advice! This is crazy...ok, I had a lot of merchandise I ordered from Fredricks of Hollywood. One order was maybe back in Sept and the other was from Jan. There were items in both orders that needed to be exchanged. I sent those items back in one package with both packing slips and info, never worn and tags attached. Now they have a 90 day return policy, the first order was well past 90 days but I thought I would "try" since they were exchanges for smaller sizes only! I never received anything so I called. They said the items were over 90 days old so they just RETURNED THEM TO STOCK!! Hello! So they are keeping the money I paid to them AND keeping the merchandise! At least $200 worth of my stuff!! I understand they have a policy, but at there very least I would expect them to send my items back and charge me for the shipping and say tuff luck! I have called twice to talk to a supervisor and they have to "have one call me back" but no one ever has! Do you think this is fair??? What can I do?? They say MY items probably aren't there anymore and they will not send me "new" pieces (even exactly the same, they have to be MINE!) They are a HUGE company who ripped me off and I order from them ALOT!

| Ooooo, I've never heard of such a thing - they should have called you when they received them after the 90 days and asked you if you wanted them back since they couldn't refund your money. I would be screaming foul play - that is NOT RIGHT that they kept the merchandise AND your money!

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I don't think that's fair at all. You should either get the clothes back or the money back. I actually just ordered from them and got my order in today. I hope they call you back and you get everything resolved. |

| I know! I agree that it is not fair and it does NOT state that is how their policy works on any paperwork or magazine. I guess I just don't know where to turn for help to "make" them do whats fair?! I of course threw in the "I am taking this to my attorney because this is thievery!" LOL! But he didn't sound concerned

| ripped off! A company can only charge you a restocking fee if exchanging. find out how much.since you have returned the merchandise and they have told you they will not exchange they must send items back at your expense or return your money after fees or even offer you a credit with them.I would call everyday get names of the people you speak with and eventually when you talk to the mgr. everything should be straightened out. also write a letter to the company (maybe to department head,and supervisor )stating the facts and what you consider a fair resolution.if not you have a case for court and its not that its so much money and the principal.If they did this to you with no repercussions how many more people had to go through this at the very least it shuld be exposed.but maybe you just talked to a lazy service rep and all will be handled with professionalism and speed once you talk to the right person.stay on this and good luck. |

| Thank you! I have called twice and talked to 2 different reps, of course I didn't get their names. The second said there was no note in the computer for a sup to call me back but he would put one in "now" and went on to say they were "short handed!" Ok, I will stay on this

| I would start writing letters and faxing them over. Start with a supervisor, manager, divisional manger, regional manager and so on till you get an answer! This way you have documentation as well.

| Hmmm. shifty, very shifty I would tell them that you'll HOLD while they get a supervisor. Ask them if they'd like news channels doing an expose on them cuz you can't be the only one getting ripped off like this.

| i would call the attorney general... when i was married, my husband called him for some furniture company that did us wrong and we did get it resolved...
