I have called twice to talk to a supervisor and they have to "have one call me back" but no one ever has!
Do you think this is fair??? What can I do?? They say MY items probably aren't there anymore and they will not send me "new" pieces (even exactly the same, they have to be MINE!) They are a HUGE company who ripped me off and I order from them ALOT! |
Keep calling them. If you have to contact the BBB and report them. If they were past the exchange date then they were to return them to you postage due. They can't keep your items that you paid for. It's either exchange them or return them. Good luck.
