Default I need your help and advice!

This is crazy...ok, I had a lot of merchandise I ordered from Fredricks of Hollywood. One order was maybe back in Sept and the other was from Jan. There were items in both orders that needed to be exchanged. I sent those items back in one package with both packing slips and info, never worn and tags attached.
Now they have a 90 day return policy, the first order was well past 90 days but I thought I would "try" since they were exchanges for smaller sizes only!
I never received anything so I called. They said the items were over 90 days old so they just RETURNED THEM TO STOCK!! Hello! So they are keeping the money I paid to them AND keeping the merchandise! At least $200 worth of my stuff!! I understand they have a policy, but at there very least I would expect them to send my items back and charge me for the shipping and say tuff luck!
I have called twice to talk to a supervisor and they have to "have one call me back" but no one ever has!
Do you think this is fair??? What can I do?? They say MY items probably aren't there anymore and they will not send me "new" pieces (even exactly the same, they have to be MINE!) They are a HUGE company who ripped me off and I order from them ALOT!
