Trimspa is nice, BUT you have to buy the whole set in order for it to really work. the carb blocker, the diet pill itself, the water blocker.. all of it costs over 250.. and then when it runs out, you gotta buy the whole set again. Hydroxycut was nice, when it had ephedra!! lol.. i think the reason why it was banned was because of the side effects it had on people.. but i seriously think if people knew how to use it, they'd be ok.. like drink plenty, plenty, plenty of water.. i know some people who take these pills and think they don't have to exercise etc.. i've also tried xenedrine, which works just like hydroxycut, it was awesome when it had ephedra, but without it was bleh lol.. i've heard this workout called Fitness Made Simple works wonders... i've yet to order it myself, been so busy with baby.. plus my c-section wound isn't as healed yet because i'm stubborn lifting stuff im not supposed to.. so my healing is delayed and can't work out yet boo! | |

| diet pills I used meridia for 3 months and found it helped me extremely. I started in January and have lost 45 lbs. Not only did it curb my cravings for carbs but I also found it helped with my concentration level and energy level as well. Believe me, owning a bakery is probably the worst place to work when you are trying to lose weight!! |

My furkids Donating Member | I know that taking any kind of diet pill is not good for anyone....However, I was thinking about that new dexatrim H2O that they have out? (I think this is what it is called). 9 years ago I lost 67 lbs with diet workshop...I kept it off for about 6 years....very, very , slowly I gained a little more than half back. I was actually too thin...People were asking me if I was sick. I have just taken off 9 1/2 lbs (don't know how this happened but, good for me!!) I would like to take off another 20-25 lbs...and I would be happy. has anyone tried this new dexatrim stuff or heard how is works...

| I'd definitely recommend Lipo 6 for all women. There are very few, if any, side effects. It pumped me up and didn't give me jitters. However, if you prefer to go natural, I recommend drinking green tea extract 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes before a work out, it will get you sweating EXTRA. Also, take CLA after every meal, it supports body fat loss and has many health benefits. Don't forget to eat 5 little meals a day instead of 3 big meals!

| Also, another suggestion. It may not be for everyone, but Hydroxycut Hardcore works pretty well too. Please drink lots of water if you are taking diet pills, you need to pee A LOT! and take a multivitamin!

| Hoodia I finally bit the bullet and bought soma Hoodia H57 at GNC. Started taking it yesterday morning. I think I can see a decrease in my appetite and maybe a bit of an energy boost, but so far I'm not impressed. I mean it was $40.00 for a 10 day supply so I was hoping for more. I guess I expected to take one a day and have no appetit at all. I still get hungry before meals. |

| Phentermine works great! I think you can only get it at the dr's office though. I don't know of any around me since I moved but I would like to find it again! Anyone know of any legit websites you can order it from? I lost 30lbs in 3 months & kept it off for a few years! Then I got pregnant....lol! Anyways...I just bought Hydroxycut (sp?) yesterday...gonna try it out.

| I recommend Hydroxycut without Ephedra. It helps suppress your appetite and doesn't make you jittery.
