Trimspa is nice, BUT you have to buy the whole set in order for it to really work. the carb blocker, the diet pill itself, the water blocker.. all of it costs over 250.. and then when it runs out, you gotta buy the whole set again.
Hydroxycut was nice, when it had ephedra!! lol.. i think the reason why it was banned was because of the side effects it had on people.. but i seriously think if people knew how to use it, they'd be ok.. like drink plenty, plenty, plenty of water.. i know some people who take these pills and think they don't have to exercise etc..
i've also tried xenedrine, which works just like hydroxycut, it was awesome when it had ephedra, but without it was bleh lol..
i've heard this workout called Fitness Made Simple works wonders... i've yet to order it myself, been so busy with baby.. plus my c-section wound isn't as healed yet because i'm stubborn lifting stuff im not supposed to.. so my healing is delayed and can't work out yet boo!
