I'd definitely recommend Lipo 6 for all women. There are very few, if any, side effects. It pumped me up and didn't give me jitters. However, if you prefer to go natural, I recommend drinking green tea extract 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes before a work out, it will get you sweating EXTRA. Also, take CLA after every meal, it supports body fat loss and has many health benefits. Don't forget to eat 5 little meals a day instead of 3 big meals!
