| Anyone else doing the Insanity Workout? Anyone else doing the Insanity work out? BF and I have been doing it for the past few weeks and so far I've had GREAT results. It is hard to do it everyday, so we do skip. I'm hoping to find some other people doing it to help motivate me :-)

| There actually is another yorkie mom doing this workout. Maybe she will contact you. Is it crazy insane to do? I wish you the best in your workout!

| I haven't done Insanity. (Will be starting in in 3 weeks.) But I'm on the second round of P90X. What can I say other than it has been brutal! But effective! I can tell such a HUGE difference in where I am now vs where I started off. I can do a few unassisted pull ups now, run over a mile non stop and do REAL military style push ups! I feel 100x better. Lost a ton of weight (over 100 lbs total now!) hit a plateau and needed something to help me step it up and keep going. I'm excited about doing Insanity next, but a bit intimidated. |

I don't have a weight loss goal, I'm already at a good weight, just wanting to tone and tighten. My BF and I did p90x last year and insanity is definitely more cardio based!! I hate/like that about this program a little more than p90x! Let me k ow what u think once you start! :-)

| I just started it a couple of weeks ago. I am not in good shape - need to lose some weight. I am also turning 50 in a couple of months. I CAN'T GET THROUGH THE WARMUP!!! I keep at it though. I'm not giving up. I have already lost 4 lbs doing this. It is a lot of cardio - which I'm really bad at. I do weight training -no problem - but cardio - I stink at. You definitely sweat after you do this. Weather you get through it without stopping or not.

It's INSANE but that's what makes it worthwhile.
