It is insane!!!! But so worth it! When I skip days I feel so bad. I love feeling fit and toned and "hard". I have calf muscles and biceps where I used to just bE skin and bones. I love filling out in a healthy and fit way. And I finally have a tush! Never had one before but all those squats are paying off! Insanity isn't just for losing weight, it's for sculpting a fit body! Love it!!
