I just started it a couple of weeks ago. I am not in good shape - need to lose some weight. I am also turning 50 in a couple of months. I CAN'T GET THROUGH THE WARMUP!!! I keep at it though. I'm not giving up. I have already lost 4 lbs doing this. It is a lot of cardio - which I'm really bad at. I do weight training -no problem - but cardio - I stink at. You definitely sweat after you do this. Weather you get through it without stopping or not. |
