| Spin class anyone? I recently have been going to the gym at 5am and workin out for an hour ( running, core and strength training ) before I go to work for the day. I just got off my medical profile for work and I am allowed to do more than just walk now. I was wondering if any of you have tried spinning class and did you see results... When I was running on Monday I could FEEL the fat in my ass bouncing up and down.. it was not a pretty picture... I have been out of commission for 2 months after my breast reduction and now I am ready to jump back into things ... They offer a spin class from 5-6am at the gym and I don't have to be to work until 730 ( I shower and get ready at the gym ) so its perfect timing. Any experienced spinners here?????

| spin class? I have taken it? In a word... no. LOL But I just wanted to commend you for all your hard working out! You've done so good with your working out before the surgery, and you are ready to get right back in there! Keep up the good work girl! Oh btw, spin to me seems like a good cardio workout without the high impact. esp when you feel the "fat in your ass" bouncing around from running LOL!

| Thanks!! My #1 goal is to have nice arms.. so I can reward myself with a quarter sleeve tattoo My #2 goal is to get rid of that pooch/roll above my lady parts lol the one that I am constantly staring at when I sit on the toilet or try to shave my legs in the bathtub ... I call it a F.U.P.A. LoL Its a work in progress... nothing some cardio and some flutter kicks can't solve!
