| Tofu Recipes Anyone have any yummy Tofu Recipes? I love tofu but do not really know how to cook with it that well.

| I like to cut it into strips, marinate it in Italian dressing (I'm sure you could use any other flavors too) and grill it. I use my George Foreman Grill. It's great on salads.

| I stir fry it alot. Sometimes, veggies, chicken or ground up pork. I also make chicken broth and will add it to the soup and put some veggies and/or chicken. I also like to cut it up and pan fry it on both sides, add sauces and water and steam cook it and then add green onions and serve over rice. I use either pam or olive oil.
