Tofu Recipes
 
Anyone have any yummy Tofu Recipes? I love tofu but do not really know how to cook with it that well. :p

I like to cut it into strips, marinate it in Italian dressing (I'm sure you could use any other flavors too) and grill it. I use my George Foreman Grill. It's great on salads. :)

you really like it ? Me I'd have to smother it in something - don't know what but the key word is SMOTHER :D

I hope someone shares a good recipe for tofu spaghetti sauce. :)

I stir fry it alot. Sometimes, veggies, chicken or ground up pork. I also make chicken broth and will add it to the soup and put some veggies and/or chicken.

I also like to cut it up and pan fry it on both sides, add sauces and water and steam cook it and then add green onions and serve over rice. I use either pam or olive oil.

Yes, please do! I saw that someone in the comments section said they put it onto angel hair pasta. I think that sounds good too.

Yup I have done that too...I usually do that with the extra Firm Tofu. :)

Sounds like a plan- with the pasta of course! The spinach might be too healthy on it's own.:D

I don't have a recipe but if you love chili, the amy's organic chili is made with tofu & I swear it's soo good! I swear you could fool people with it ;)

In a brown asian sauce with broccoli!! My favorite. I love tofu!!
