| Good foundation for oily, ance prone skin??? Hi everybody! I have been having the hardest time with trying to find a good foundation for oily/ance prone skin. Everything I've been getting has made we break out more. I've been using powder lately just to help with the oilness, but I need more coverage!! Also any recommendation for under eye concealer would be great! Thanks!

| Try to stay away from powders, they contain talc which will make you break out more Those mineral type foundations are supposed to be really good for acne prone skin Whatever you get, make sure it is a matte finish. Good luck with this, it's SO hard to find the right thing and you may try lots of stuff before you finally get the right product for you. Maybe a consult at Clinique would help you. It's worth spending a little more on your foundation.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I would get ALL of your products here: http://cosmeticscop.com/ Just go to your skin type, pick a product, READ the customer reviews. Try some stuff - and return it if it doesn't work. Her product line is truly amazing - and the story behind how it all started (I used to see her on TV years back, before she ever did any product) is great. Not to toot my horn, but I get compliments on my skin all the time (I'm 40) - and I use her stuff. I've tried all the expensive crap out there too. BUT, what I do use for base/powder (I have oily nose, the rest is rather dry) - is the Aveda dual powder (I use it dry, not wet) - it is to die for! I've never tried the powders from the website I linked above, only bc I've used Aveda's for years.

| I have very oily skin. For a long time I used Revlon Color Stay, or the Lancombe Tint Idole. Revlon then changed their formula and it no longer worked as well for me. I finally switched to the BE Bare Minerals. I use the Skin Rever Upper as a base and it works great. Mid way through the day I blot any excess oil with clean and clear blotting sheets, then apply more Mineral Veil and I am good to go for the rest of the day. My skin has never looked better. I will never go back to those sticky foundations that are so very hard to remove.
