Try to stay away from powders, they contain talc which will make you break out more
Those mineral type foundations are supposed to be really good for acne prone skin
Whatever you get, make sure it is a matte finish.
Good luck with this, it's SO hard to find the right thing and you may try lots of stuff before you finally get the right product for you. Maybe a consult at Clinique would help you. It's worth spending a little more on your foundation.
