| This may be a silly question but ..... I just ordered my first Madan Pin Brush from Topline Pet and should be getting it in a few days .. Those of you that have a Madan Pin Brush , How do you use it ? Do you still do the line brushing or do you just brush from top to bottom ? I want to do what is best for Oscar's beautiful coat .. Here is my baby |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I brush mine by laying them on their side, and I do one side first, then I lay them on their other side and do that side. I'm sure you can use it in whichever way you're most comfortable, it's a pretty easy brush to use - I bet you'll love it! Your baby is so cute, as usual!

| I agree, use the Madan in whichever way you are comfortable and works for you. When my boys are clean and tangle free, I brush from top to bottom. When they have tangles or are a mess, I do line brushing -- small sections, starting at the bottom of the hair shaft. We have 2 Madan brushes from Jenny and love them. Also have the large Madan comb that I steal from the boys for my own hair. Oscar is adorable as always and you take great care of his coat.

| I've since hacked all of Kaji's hair off, but I still use my madam brush, DAILY! On my own hair though. I love how it feels.

| Update !! Wow , I got my Madan Pin Brush today . That was fast.. I totally LOVE it .. To be honest I don't know how it is different than any other pin brush because it looks exactly the same . But , It glides through Oscar's coat so smooth like .. It leaves his coat so smooth and silky . I love it ... |

| I was just wondering about this brush that is being talked about. Is it a special kind of brush to help with Yourkies hair? I have a one year old male Yorkie so I am still learning new things everyday. Will take all the advice I can get. So far he is a very good boy and gives me no problems. |

| Bubba has short hair except for his legs and face thick and a little curly, Sissy has long hair (not show length but long)very straight and silky feeling the Madan brush works great on both types of hair. Before the Madan I tried several other brushes, the only one I have keep was a natural boars hair brush. Every once in awhile I pull the boars hair brush out but end up going back to MY brush. Both dogs love the Madan brush and will jump on the couch if you just tap the brush on the coffee table. If I brush Bubba first sometimes he tries to cheat and lines up for a second brushing

| You are welcome. Oscar is so adorable. If Bubba's nose and lips were brown, he and Oscar could be twins!
