2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | YES.... it is normal NO need to panic !! Myabe not the boken one but yes he's at the age when he should loose his canines. The four fangs as you say. If they do not fall out on there own they will need to be pulled by the vet. Some times they do not fall out b4 the new ones come in, in this case they must be pulled.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | They lose their milk teeth the first year, but I"m concerned because one broke. What's he chewing on? I'd take him to the vet, and get it checked, a broken tooth can be painful. Most of use get the remaining babyteeth removed when we spay and neuter our pets. Be careful what you give him to chew, bones can cause broken teeth, that why many of us use bully sticks, they soften as the dog chews on them, and they are 100 percent digestable, unlike some rawhide products.

| I agree, take him to a vet about the broken tooth it may be painful for the little guy. Funny story, when Sophie Kate was losing her teeth (at about 6 months) she would get so excited (or freaked out) that three times she jumped on my lap and spit the teeth out on me. Of course saved them.

Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | It is normal for their milk teeth to fall out in order to make way for their adult teeth. But it is not normal for a tooth to break, I think you should take a trip to the vet so that a professional can take a look at the broken tooth incase it needs treatment.
