I agree, take him to a vet about the broken tooth it may be painful for the little guy.
Funny story, when Sophie Kate was losing her teeth (at about 6 months) she would get so excited (or freaked out) that three times she jumped on my lap and spit the teeth out on me.
Of course saved them.
