| I can't believe they won't let your mother press charges against her for battery. I'd get a lawyer.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I am so sorry you and your mother had to go through this. And I am happy no one snatched your dog away. I am also surprised the police aren't going to do a thing about it, considering the violent behavior towards your mother + the fact the police received other complaints about this lady. A crazy world indeed...

| You need to be very careful this lady doesnt try to take your dog. I would call a lawyer just to have in on file and call the cops again for record. She sounds like she would do anything to get your dog. BE CAREFUL! |

I'm confused? Did this woman who was danging on your mom's window lose her Yorkie and she thought your Rocsi belonged to her? If that is the case I would be very cautious and not let Rocsi out of your sight while you are visiting with your mom~what if she comes back! Did you call the police while her and the entire family were at your house causing the problem? What did she say when you showed your papers to the officer?

| I would make sure that the police actually filed a report and ask for a copy. I am surprised that the police did nothing. If they truly think she is crazy she should be evaluated mental especially since she has proven violent tendencies. I would also make a complaint about her boyfriend. Thankfully your pup was not there and your mother is well, but I would be careful as theymay come back.

| Get Rocsi microchipped just in case she somehow gets Rocsi in the future. It will help you prove ownership to the police, & theft on her part.

| That is some crazy sh**! Definetly get a copy of the report and if they (police) didn't file one, go to their commander and demand a report to be made. This kind of terrorism should not go un documented. I agree with not letting your baby out of your site and would be kind of leary of having your mom keep her, just b/c these nuts might try to come back around when she is alone with your baby. |

| Wow, very crazy, indeed. I agree with the microchipping, if he isn't already. People will do crazy things sometimes to get what they want. I have heard of yorkies being stolen from yards and cars, but I haven't heard of someone trying to physically take the dog from a person. Be careful! |

| I would keep a close eye on Rosci, and hire a lawyer. That woman had no right to assault your mother (or anyone for that matter). Also, I agree with the Friendchip Microchip..I had Muffin chipped a couple of months ago. It's not very expensive. I think I paid $30. And I have peace of mind knowing that if something like this happens to her, I have proof other than her papers to show ownership because, like someone else already stated, yorkies can look alot alike. Good luck! Muffin's mom |
