I'm confused? Did this woman who was danging on your mom's window lose her Yorkie and she thought your Rocsi belonged to her? If that is the case I would be very cautious and not let Rocsi out of your sight while you are visiting with your mom~what if she comes back!
Did you call the police while her and the entire family were at your house causing the problem? What did she say when you showed your papers to the officer?
