| It's a GIRL!!!!! So I have to vent LoL I potty trained Marley to go outside. Well we live on a military base in a high-rise tower. So people are constantly in and out and walking right by me and Marley while shes outside pottying. Well whats getting to me is they keep calling her a HE!!! Like " oh he's so cute" and to their kids " OK , enough petting, HE needs to go potty".. GrRrR I gave her a puppy cut and took the bow outta her hair and got a red leash and yellow harness so my DH wouldnt look "Gay" as he said.. which I thought was rediculous to say anyways...( men can be so insecure ).. anyways.. i know shes a girl , and I wish other ppl did too! I know im probably over reacting but I can't help it. The day i picked her up from the groomers I about died when I saw that she DID look like a little boy puppy to me. I am just venting because no matter how many times I tell people its a girl they keep calling her a BOY! Also while I am venting, haha, I was a witness to someone being rude to another dog owner. A few people were nearby and a lady with a beautiful golden retriever was outside letting him go potty, when this other lady walks by and goes Lady: Oh what a pretty dog, what kind is it? " Dog Owner: A golden retreiver Lady: Oh really? It doesnt look like one, more like a mutt of some sort. Can you believe that?!?!? How rude, the lady just walked off.. .I felt embarrassed for that lady..If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.. Well I am done venting now.. sorry for talking everyones heads off!

| You have every right to vent I keep Couver's hair up in a pony, and everyone thinks he's a girl. He even got called a "cross-dresser" once!! People can be so cruel... I think some people are jealous that they don't own something so precious

| Everyone always thinks Uni is a boy! Even on YT! But I don't mind, she is a tomboy! I don't buy her pink, I don't think she looks good in it. Her colors are orange and black, sometimes red. But I do keep her bangs up with clips. Many times people come into my shop and refer to Uni as "he", and sometimes someone else will say "it's a girl it had clips!". Either way, they think SHE'S cute. : )

| ahahah!! funny!! your furbaby has such a cute face! you should get a shirt that says "i'm a girl" and take her potty with it on just for fun!! hehe a similar incident happened to me when my took yogurt to get his new sparklie golden tag. i had his blue bow, blue harness, green leash and his grey bowtie on him. a couple walks into the store and the lady immediately said "aww isnt she cute" and her husband corrected her right away saying "honey i think its a he, he's got a blue bow on" |

| You know, now that reminds me of a story. I saw a lady that brought her yorkie into Joann's. Her pup was sitting in the cart, and when I saw it of course I oohed and ahhed since I am a yorkie owner as well. I said "oh what pretty long hair! Is it a boy or a girl?" (The pup didn't have on any collar or clothes, so i just assumed it was a girl). Well it was a boy, and the lady said "He's a boy!" like all attitude-ish. I kept on with the small talk, asking her questions, but she seemed annoyed by me! (I can be at times, but I don't think I was at this point LOL). All I'm saying is, if you bring your yorkie to public places with you, you are gonna get attention. I felt like I was giving her positive attention, but she felt like i was wasting her time. I got the hint and moved on. : ( I was pretty sad after that.

| Well if it is an adult thinking your baby is a boy, i'd quietly correct the person by saying, she is a girl, "do you see a wee wee?"

| My Lola always looks like one of the boys until I bought her a dress and put a bow in her hair, she now thinks she is hot stuff. |
