| Evangers customer service? I emailed Evangers customer service several weeks back asking if they offered samples of one of their canned foods. I have never gotten an email back. Anyone have experience with their customer service? Is this a common thing or maybe my email was just overlooked? I'm really anal when it comes to customer service. I won't spend my money with a company that doesn't treat me right, no matter how great their product is. But I don't want to write them off if this was just an oversight. Should I email again?

| The same thing happened to me. I emailed asking a question and asking for samples. They answered my question but never sent the samples. Months later I asked for them again. They never emailed me back. I'm thinking they thought they had shipped the samples in the first place and that I wanted double. I refuse to write this company off though because I hear great things about their canned food and I know of many YT members who ask for samples and get 12 cans.

| Hmmm. Well I didn't include my address as I figured they would email back telling me they did, or did not, offer samples. Sure seems like if they were worried about selling a product they'd take the two minutes to email folks back.

| Ellie May, My thinking with companies is this; If they aren't treating me very well when I haven't even bought their product yet, it's very likely they won't do a darn thing down the road if I have a problem with their product. This sounds like a common occurance so I think I will look elsewhere for a canned food.

| I e-mailed them twice - and never heard a thing either - I hate spending almost $3 on a can of dog food just to have to throw it out if teddy doesn't like it. The companies have to understand that they would make so much money if we tried it and liked it. |
