Evangers customer service? I emailed Evangers customer service several weeks back asking if they offered samples of one of their canned foods. I have never gotten an email back. Anyone have experience with their customer service? Is this a common thing or maybe my email was just overlooked? I'm really anal when it comes to customer service. I won't spend my money with a company that doesn't treat me right, no matter how great their product is. But I don't want to write them off if this was just an oversight. Should I email again?
