Peeing in crate constantly...help!!

I would appreciate any advice on how to get my 12 week old puppy to stop peeing in her crate. We have had Lola for 3 weeks now and have tried without success training her to go on the wee wee pads until she is old enough to be walked outside. Before u ask, yes her crate is just big enough for her to walk in, turn around and that's it. She loves her crate so it's not a matter of anxiety. We put her in when she is settled and ready to sleep. During the night she manages to keep it dry, yet during the day after she's has plenty of time to relieve herself she goes in and after 2 minutes, pees! I cannot keep bathing her but at the same time baby wipes just don't cut it. I'm at my wits end...HELP PLEASE

Do you have a bed in the crate that's fluffy and comfy so she can associate that as her sleep area? She is an infant so should be expected to have accidents, she is old enough to pee outside right now as long as she's had very first vaccines and you aren't taking her to a dog park or in public to do it. Do you ignore the mess but praise her for going on the pad? You lead her to the spot so she memorizes the way there or do you carry her to the pad and stick her there? I don't understand how you could be fed up after only 3 weeks with such a young puppy! It took mine 2 months to train but I'm a housewife so spend all day with pup, you don't take her off the pad until she goes. Be prepared to wait a while there with her. She will learn but not within such a short time frame, she needs a couple months at least.

My Oreo sleeps in his bed at night but when he has to go potty, he gets out of his bed and goes somewhere else, but not the pads...so I'm still trying to get him all the way to the pads to do his business. So is it wise to say that they won't go potty on their beds where they rest their heads even if it is put in their kennel?

Lola just is not getting the concept of the pee pads. The only way she goes on them is if I put the leash on her and only give her enough space to wander on the pad. It doesn't bother her one bit peeing and pooping in her crate. And like I've said before it's not that she doesn't have enough time to do her business before she goes in. I don't want to put a pad in the crate with her as they said it will just confuse them more. We have an appointment at the doctor today and we are going to explain the situation to him and see if he has any ideas. I'm hoping that she can start going outside even it's just within my front yard that gated in.

Oreo may be confused a little because we live in an apartment. I stopped putting the pads in his kennel because just ripped them to shreds but he has to be kept in there when I'm at work.

shes pretty young. I would give her time. I actually did put a pad in part of her crate. Only thing that worked

Take the blanket out. Line the whole crate with pads. Make sure your cleaning the urine with enzyme breaker (natures miracle, vinegar and water). Don't let you pup sleep with you, if they get up and pee in the wrong place.
