| Chloe is mean to strangers at home. Whenever someone comes to our house Chloe freaks out. Barking, ankle attacking, etc. When outside the house she is a timid little thing. We socialize her often, take her out etc. Any help? She seems to hate every female except my girlfriend (her mommy) and she tolerates my mom. |

| well Chloe thinks she is in charge of the house.. it is HER house and you are HER people and she needs to protect you. So basically you need to let her know you are in control and things are fine.. she doesn't need to be your protector.. does she sleep on your bed?? is she allowed in the room or near you when you are having supper?? do you make her sit for her food, treats... does she heel when you take her for a walk??? is she allowed on furniature??? |

| Winston is exactly the same way...quiet, shy and timid when we're out and about, but very anxious and possessive when others come in the house or yard. I always thought it was because he was not well socialized, which is our own fault...not his.

| Murfee does that inside or out if someone comes near me. He thinks he is my "protector"
