well Chloe thinks she is in charge of the house.. it is HER house and you are HER people and she needs to protect you. So basically you need to let her know you are in control and things are fine.. she doesn't need to be your protector.. does she sleep on your bed?? is she allowed in the room or near you when you are having supper?? do you make her sit for her food, treats... does she heel when you take her for a walk??? is she allowed on furniature???
